my itr dies on me

my car just got the engine rebuilt about 1500miles on it since rebuilt. i started having a problem when im driving about 40mph my car stalls almost dieying on me then also when i come to a stop it stalls on me and i have trouble starting it again it sounds like crap. mostly after 2 tries it starts but having deffeculties. if anybody can help me on what may be wrong let me know please and thank you.

o2 sensor, main relay, ecu, injector wiring....exhaust leak...there are quite a few things.
