i was saying "Most Horsepower Per Liter" was only acurate in the US

there is a car in the UK that destroys that NA HP/L record

1200cc 190bhp (158.3 bhp/L)
1300cc 205bhp (157.7 bhp/L)
1500cc 252bhp (168 bhp/L)

and just for shits and giggles heres the turbo model
1500cc Turbo 320bhp (213.3 bhp/L)
