I bought a zc vtec with eagle rods and unknown pistons. He guy I bought it from never had a chance to finish the project because of personal issues so he sold it cheap to me. The thing is I cant find what pistons these are. There disc pistons from the looks of them. They look like vitaras but not.

The stamp on the top is 11-670 0T
Help me out..

^^^Dude, that's "IN" for "Intake". Note the arrow pointing towards the crank pulley.

Those look like aftermarket cast pistons, possibly Nippon or YCP.

Couldn't be Vitara pistons; the valve reliefs on those look to be the same size.

Yeah from what I can gather they look to be stock ZC pistons. The same as the American version Z6's.

Will the stock pistons with eagle rods hold up to enough boost with a to4e to get me to 250 hp reliably?

ZC=D16A6. I *think* the ZC VTEC is similar to the D16Z6(I can't confrim), but the ZC VTEC definitely is not as popular as the regular ZC and DOHC ZC.

Yes, 250hp is fine on stock pistons, just make sure you have a good tune.
