need answers on h22a motor

hello guys, im new to this site and pretty much new on building motors..so i picked up a h22a motor and wanted to know what kind of parts should i put in. and can anyone explain to me about ITB's??

You're going to need to be much more specific before we can help you. What kind of goals do you have for this project? How much power do you want? Boosted? Nitrous? What's your budget?
