need help cant read compressor maps

i have a garret t3 turbo .48 exhaust .60 compressor. i am going to be building eagle/vitara set up and need to know the max horsepower that the turbo can push and what psi does it go out of efficiency range. im wanting to hit atleast 300whp possibly 350. will this turbo do it or do i need to get a bigger one?
