Need help on Torque specs and sequence!!

I need info for ma LSvtec need to know the exact Torque specs and Sequence for a GSR head on an LS shortblock using ARP headstuds, let me know peoples i appreciate the info

specs you'll have to get from a manual... or from arp...

but usually its 45-ish ft/lbs all around, then 70-ish ft lbs a second time around...
