The down pipe disconnected at the catalitic converter last night and now my car is too loud for the streets (sounds like a monster truck). I have no idea on how to re attach it and don't really have the money to take it to the shop. It kinda looks like it needs to be welded on but I'm not sure. I also suck at welding and don't have a welder. Someone please help me.
