need help

[turbo b16 rex]

i have a 1990 crx with a b16 it runns awsome but some time when i go to start it. it makes a buzzing sound and wont start. what could this be

Fuel Pump

Fuel pumps dont buzz, they prime. Try the ignition switch, or the starter/ring gear.

i change a relay and it fixed it
