Seems like Network Admins are all on a power trip. I gotta bring in a box of chocolate donuts whenever I want something done to my workstation.
It's like they have all their underlings, and when you work your way up the ranks, you get special privileges. There's a guy who installed some cabinets for one of the IT guys, now he has a "temp admin" login to bypass the filters. It's kind of sad, really.
