if it is, yes it's much better than my first $800 EG, that one needed an engine so bad it wasn't funny, the interior was clean but had some minor problems, the body was rusted the fuck out, It really didnt have rear fenders (fiberglass is your friend) and the hood was trashed, the front bumper needed attention and the rear bumper wouldn't come off so I just molded it in.
I also think the 300 mile ride was well worth IMO for this one. The 2 week NH title waiting time didn't make me happy but its ok. The 2 weeks I have to wait for my PA title doesn't make me happpy either, but it's already registered and insured so I'll be ok.
