New Oil filters

definetly don't want to waste $8 on fram, think I might just go with Mobil 1 filter next time

any thoughts on Mobil 1

mobil 1 was one of the best filters in a review that i saw. BTW, the reason the fram's were given a bad rating is because the filter element inside is like cardboard and could theoretically fall apart and clog up the oil passages or end up putting debris in your engine. the better filters had some other type of element. i cant remember what. you can find the review at NTPOG.org (north texas prelude owners group)
