nitrous setup and tuning question

i have a gsr in my 92 vx. i want to run nitrous. my plans are to keep the bottom end stock and build the head, for now. i'm confused on the pros and cons of a wet or dry shot. and i want to tune for daily driving and racing. so my questions are

1. wet or dry, and why?
2. can hondata tune for daily driving AND when i use nitrous.
