Im working on a 91 honda accord lx i just bought new cap rotor plugs and wires but there is no spark reaching the cap still...spark at the coil tho shocks the hell outta me but the rotor isnt firing to the plug wires...i heard this can be the igniter...what do u guys think...spark at coil but none from rotor its new....igniter???stater???
