o2 sensor on b16.. only 1? what can i use?

can i use the d16 o2 for my b16? its a obd0 with a pr3 ecu, and the d16 o2 plugs right in.. and isnt there soposed to be 2 o2 sensors? i only have one its on the downpipe of the b16...
