I pulled the code out for this, oxygen content, what does it mean? 95 integra gsr problem.

first you need to know if that's the problem..

have an a/f gauge?? if not... get one.. it's like 50 bucks

You need an A/F ratio guage and a V-AFC. Honda motors come from the factory running rich!
