P13, JDM vs USDM speed and rev limits

looking for the rev limit and speed limit on JDM vs USDM p13 ecu's

rumor is a speed cut of approx 115 or 120 for a usdm ecu, and a rev limit of approx 7500?

jdm ecu has no speed limit and a rev limit of about 8200...

can anyone confirm this??

is there a diffrence in vtec engagement for these ecu's?

Quite different than what you posted, in fact.

Most USDM ECU's have a speed cut of about 135. My JDM P13 had a speed cut at 115-120. For reference, I got my USDM F22B1 ECU (I forget the code) up to about 128 mph, with no speed cut hit.

I'm not sure what the rev limit is on USDM P13's. 7600 maybe? The rev limit on my JDM P13 was 7800.

hmmm, i got a jdm swap, i assume it had a jdm P13

so my friend used my p13 to wire up his accord
and he obtained a usdm p13 for me for use in my integra...
only thing is if the jdm is better i am gonna swap for my old ecu...

his accord shows a rev limit of 8200!!! so either its fucked with? or the stock tach is sucking nuts...

my other friend with an h22 accord is running a p13, not sure of usdm or jdm, but it cuts around 72oo or 7500, and i think he shuts down at 120 mph

From those I have talked to, JDM ECUs are manufactuered to cut out at the max speed limit, which is 112ish.
