P2E ecu with B20B4 limp mode bypass? Or swap to P75 and change distributor?

Good morning, I'm having some issues with an engine swap I'm trying to finish right now. I have a '96 DX Civic, with the B20B4 from a '97 Crv. I got it swapped in and fired up but it's not the happiest. I can't get it to rev up over I think 3 or 4K, I don't have gauges so I can't say for sure. The Ecu I'm using is the stock P2E ecu from the Civic, with the distributor and injectors from the crv. I don't know what fuel it's running on but I think it's running on some form of corn fuel cause it smells sweet when it's running. I also have a P75 ecu from a '95 Integra, but the car won't fire off cause of the distributor.

All this to ask,
1. Is there a way to get around the limp mode and let it rip? The car runs alright, and it's a track car so it doesn't have to be perfect.
2. Should I get another distributor and obd2 to obd1 adapter so I can run the P75?

Any advice would be helpful, any advice would be appreciated.

Edit: here's the parts I was looking at for running the P75, would these work?

Corn fuel? I mean, if you have ethanol in there and running the stock ecu, it's not good. The fuel/air ratios of methanol and gasoline are completely different.

dump the tank and put 93 in it after a can of fuel treatment.

The stock ecu should start and run the car well enough to go over 4k, at least part throttle.
