Page Cannot Be Displayed...

im trying to get on this site... www.importmods.net

anyways, i keep getting cannot display page.
I've cleared cookies nothing
Ive cleared temp folder nothing
I even downloaded latest anti virus and did scan - no viruses found nothing.

what the fuck!

im using Dial up, Ive reloged like 10 tmes and restarted this shit 100 times..nothing...

anyone got any ideas why its not working for me?

nevermind i found the problem. it was the number i was using to connect to the internet from MSN. i changed it and it was able to display the page...thank god.
