Personal Emocation

Okay, I saw someone who had made a personal emocation so I just HAD to make my own. Problem is now it's a GIF image and I can't freaking upload it... how can I fix this??

if u have photoshop, load it, then save as a JPG

you can upload gif's in the avatar control panel- just not in the gallery

then you have photoshop, took me like 30 min. to download photoshop 7.0 alll for free
