Let's say there is a Civil War... And let's say we end up worse off then the countries we're "at war" with... Now... Wouldn't you want an ex-military man with a PROUD history of service under his belt such as G. Dubya? I know you do.
Theory EX: If Civil War 2 were to fall upon our lands, the Honorable G. Dubya would be found at Camp David... drinking cocktails and laughing at how badly Iowa is gettin destroyed. Meanwhile, Arnold Schwartz would be leading the rebellion with his mechanized armies and time travel capabilities. You know... now that I think about it... Arnold would travel back in time and protect John Kerry from the assassin robots after his ballots and he would then win the election back in present time! YES I CAN SEE IT ALL SO CLEARLY!
