when the dates got allf ucked up, and it was 2037-- if you made a post dated as that, its the "lastest" post. thus, you'd have to wait 5 seconds PAST that. lol

i've diabled flood control for now.

some sites you have to wait up to 30 secs. thats just gay. we have a server that can handel it...
