Project U brake pads for EF?

hey all, my pads are running low and someone is selling a set of 4 Project U brake pads with 70-80 % meat left for 60bucks canadian, are these good pads? good price? thanks

at 60 bucks, i find that very hard to believe. their rotors go for about 500 US a pop
