put in new engine and wont start i need help??

hey i just put a b18c in my 95 civic and it wont start. i did the auto to manual conversion and i jumped all the wire for that so it says it is in park. when i go to start the engine doesnt turn. the fuel pump does turn on though. can anyone please help me?

dose the motor turn over

no it is even trying to turn over

make sure the ground wire to the motor is mounted

the only other thing i can think of is starter and starter ground, mabe a blown fuse
