There this company called Nippon Motors that I visited many times, they had the Civic front clip right hand drive, complete clip with B16A motor in it, try to get a hold of them.
 
flashoptions.com also has front clips for a decent price but their shipping sucks big time.

Flashoptions Heres a link, they will only ship the thing to the nearest port, form there you have to pick up or have a freight company ship it to you
