So we swapped a 93si engine into y 93cx. We got everything hooked up (VTEC and all) but when I turn the car on it revs at like 900 for like 30 secs, then a cel comes on (maybe cause speed censor not hooked up) and the engine starts to rev up by itself. I didn't let it go past 1500. Could this be an automatic choke? or is there a loose vacuum source somewhere?
