s2000 motor into 94 prelude

My question is simple can u put a s2000 motor into a 94 prelude easily if so has any one done it and any ideas would help. does the tranny need to be changed? what else needs to be done?

You would need the engine, tranny, ECU, and probably around $10k extra to make it work as a FWD engine, and $20k extra to make it work as a RWD as it was intended.
