setting up for turbo on d16 need help

if anyone could, b4 i even think about buying a turbo, could u give me a list on upgrades i need to have to properly run a turbo. i only want to run 7-8 10 max psi, due to this car being a daily. also i have already in stalled a good header and exhaust. whats next? thank you in advance for all your help and feel free to send guilds or anything to b_snoberger@hotmail.com

i would learn a little more about what a turbo set actually is...you wont need your header. so i did this for you.
