Shot Peening Gsr Rods

if i shot peen my rods and leave the stock crank and get forged pistons and some sleeves will the engine be able to handle around 15psi on the track and like 7 or 8 on the street and what type of sleeves are the best bang for my buck

15psi on what sized turbo? and darton sleeves are pretty cheap.
