Love my new job as an electrician. Didn't make the cut for the state patrol. I'm eligible to reapply in a year which is their minimum after not getting hired at the stage I made it to.
I might reapply next year. Really want to be a cop. We'll see.
My pay raises can't come soon enough. First is $20.5 after 1000 hours worked, then 22.50 after 2000 hours worked, then 26 after 3500, $32 after 5000, $36 after 6500 hours and then $42 an hour after you complete your classes and pass your journeyman tests.
