I know that some plugs take up more room in the combustion chamber giving you slighty higher compression. The ones i know that do this are Bosch Platnum +4's and the NGK's.
I am using NGK's in my N/A b16 and on the dyno they acually gave me 1 more whp because of the compression increase! So I would stay away from these with a turbo.
I only run NGK, for me they work I'm sure there are other choices but they are cheap and they work well. If you are not running a hot coil gap at 28 thousands.
