Spark plugs

i was just wondering what type of spark plugs other people preferred and why?

i have always used ngk in hondas, but even still there are choices. i know for a b series vtec engine there are at least 4 different ngk plus for them.... G Power, V power, laser platinum, and Iridium IX.

for the record, i have been running the regular G Power platinums in my car.

I use V power for my VTEC lol same with Vpower gas at Shell, and Castrol SynTEC....God im lame.
