At that I have an Acer 22" monitor and I love it. 3000:1, hdcp input, 2ms and I paid about 250 out the door for it with dvi cables.

Im rockin a Hanns-G 19" LCD along with a 17" Acer LCD... The Hanns-G has a better picture than the Acer Does... Much brighter colors... Even after tuning both monitors...

first monitor arrived today
ran into some issues

cd and website only have drivers for windows vista, i run 2000 SP2
second was an outdated driver for my nvidia geforce2 ancient video card

updated my nvidia and found a driver and its all up and running
screen is garbage outside its "native" resolution
1680x1050 or its blurry and makes my eyes bug out

overall seems to be a good monitor, good picture, sharp image
now... what to do will all the extra space
its way too big for fullscreen, but not big enough to fit 2 IE windows comfortably
perhaps i'm just not doing it right

Can you make an artificial border/boundary on a large monitor?
i'd like to be able to maximize a window to 1/2 of the screen size
and then be able to do the same on the other half

I used to work at Office Depot and we sold that monitor. Hanns G monitors are cheaply made but the actual display is quite nice. Out of our line up of displays often the Hanns would have the best brightness and color.

PS: Monitors that advertise 3000:1 or 2000:1 contrast ratios are unrealistically high, the highest you'll find a computer monitor is around 900:1. If you search on Google you can probably find someone who tested the monitor and found the actual number.
