My buddy has either a 00 or 01 civic, he got cut off and ended up rear ending the person. After that he can't get his car started. It won't even crank. He has all power and electronics but still won't crank. He asked me of I can take a look at it for him and just wanted to get a good check list for what it could be. I am a little vague on the details on his car other than what I stated happened, but I will be checking it over tonight and will report back as soon as I do just wanted a quick run through list.
