Stock Spring Rate

First, I am having no real handling problems currently.
Is there any difference? I would think that the Integra springs would be stiffer than those on my Civic now. Or would it be worth changing the springs just to have springs that are 7 years younger?

It would be worth it since you could get them for next to nothing. I am pretty sure they are slightly higher rated, since the car is a lot heavier. Hmmm, now I want the OE spring rates.

they are also probably a little taller.. plan on it raising your car some if you do it.

Yea, I put GSR springs on my little brothers CRX. The thing was monster truck style.
