i am not sure on the specifics relating to the diameter of the two different hubs that u are going to use (accord), are they the same size or not? just speaking from integra/civic hubs which are different sizes, it is a decent amount of work.@@need to get the knuckles machined to the proper bore then press the 5 lug bearings into place. be careful about removing and installing the bearings, you dont want to have to buy new ones, pretty expensive. hth's
