nah man te04h turbo is from either the dodge stealth twin turbo, the mitsubishi 3000gt twin turbo, or the older turbo'ed chrysler lebarons. they make anything from 7-11 psi and are fairly small turbos but when in good condition they are decent for home made setups. I had one that I just sold. But good luck man I only got $25 for mine but the impeller bolt broke.
