Yeah its used, I got it at Gander Mtn. where my brother works. I get his 20% discount on used guns, but there is no discount on new guns. It looks cleaner on the inside than it does on the outside, plus it has Siglite night sights. For my first handgun I didn't mind that it is used. $350 sounds a lot nicer than $800.
