This error message is new to me (360)

This is my THIRD xbox 360 in going on 5 months.

last week it started to make nasty grinding sounds when you first put a disc in, doing no damage to the CD thankfully, after while it spins up and works fine, today I got this.

This 3rd xbox 360 was brand new as of 3 weeks ago.
I guess it figures I put my Bioshock game in my PS3...
