throttle body on y8

hi guys im new to this and I have a d16y8, I wanted to make power with a new and bigger throttle body, but Ive had this question in my mind for some time. If I decide to get a bigger Throttle body would I have to change my intake manifold too? I guess the answer to that question is yes but Im not sure about it so Illleave you guys to answer that. Also I wanted to ask, on a y8 whats the measure of the stock throttle body?

its 56mm and you don't need to replace it. it'd be like installing a 4inch exhaust on your car, its just not necessary, and wont give you any hp/tq increase. if you want more power you need to look at bigger cams or boosting your engine.
