throttle-body swap???

what im wondering is can a D-SERIES throttle-body fit on a B18A/B intake manifold??? everything looks the fairly the same buy looks... i got a t-body from a d16z6 does anyone know if it will fit??? or if the diameter is ok for b-series ls???

94 civic hatchback cx
93 B18A1 w/ SI trans.
OBD1 PR-4 (sohc vtec wire harness)

symptoms:
stalls after crank on cold start!!!
warm start revs to 2500 for a sec. then lowers to 800

my thoughts:
there is no FITV on the b-series t-body!!

tests:
cranked and pumped gas pedal, engine fires, i hold the gas down at 3000rpm until engine reaches running temp...... IDLES FINE!!!!! and i drive!
if i dont hold it til runtemp. it will stall

no bc the d series tb is 5mm smaller than your b series

it will fit and work ..... but like dude above me said .. they're different sizes

Would a b16 SIR TB off a 00 civic SI fit a D16A6 intake mani ? I know the intake mani would need port matching because of the size diff.
