Tire Pressure

i have kuhmo ecsta (however you spell it) and it says the max psi is 44. do i fill them to 44, or is there a margin i should use? thanks

i usually put mine at 2 psi less than the max...so in your case you should put it to 40-42psi

you typically don't inflate a tire based on what the tire says. look on the inside of the door jam it will give you tire pressure specs for the front and rear tires. I usually keep mine ast about 32PSI

but doing that is for stock tires isnt it? or at least stock size tires. i set them to 42.

reason im asking is because when i was driving today, my front driverside tire was making noise. like it was flat, but not completely. pulled over, and it was at 27psi.

try different settings see what works for you

for street my khumos are at about 40psi
on the track i biring them down to about 32psi
