Pretty mild, really... 9 kg/mm up front and 6 kg/mm in back, which traslates over to 506 lb/in front and 336 lb/in in the back. The stock spring settings were 506/224, and Tein only suggests you go up (or down) 2 kg/mm before needing to revalve your dampers. I may go stiffer in the rear when I need a rebuild, but we'll see. I rode in a 5G hatch running a stock Tein FLEX setup, and I liked the way it handled, so 50% stiffer in the rear ought to make my sedan feel pretty good.
