yea, grind the rivets off the old one... put the new one in with screws... you can adjust it much like a distributor by rotating it left and right to change the voltage.... then use your hondata datalogging, or vafc to test for voltages.. make sure it is .5 volts closed and 4.5 volts WOT
if you dont have hondata or a vafc or other means, use a volt meter.
