tranny grinding or bearing

My tranny is making a weird noise from around 4500 to 5000 rpms and i'm not sure if its a grinding or a messed up bearing. I only hear it while the car is moving and the clutch is pressed if i rev the engine to around 4500. I also hear it at the same rpm in between shifts. If anyone knows what might be causing this that would be great. I've got an h23 if that helps. Thanks

come on guys i really need to figure this out. If it something serious i don't want to lose the whole tranny over this.

if its rpm based and it does it with the clutch disengaged it probaly has somthing to do with the motor does it do it if your stoped.
