Tranny wont go into gear

I have a 90 hatch with a Ls swap in it and am using a Ls cable type tranny.
My car wont go into gear sometimes and other times it works without any problems. Is it a simple fix will replacing the clutch cable do the trick? Any time i mess with the clutch cable it seems to work.

mabey ur low on fluids. but i geuss you could change the clutch cable
