transmission help

i got a 90 integra 5-speed and my gears are just messed and i think my cluth is too even more maybe my flywheel but, i was wondering if anyone can help me find out if the gears of a 96 integra GSR[my friend had a GSR tranny with a broken case] will fit my tranny

i would think that 93 gsr gears will fit..... but i have no idea if 94+ will
