Yes i was wondering where i can locate the identification number of my tranny, so that way i can put a new clutch in. I have a 97 civic hatch with a b16a and a hydrualic clutch. Can anyone help?

Passenger side of the transmission, there should be a stamping that has the designation of the transmission. What year is the engine?

You'll be looking for one of the names up at the top of that list; S4C, Y80, S80, etc.
