Transmission ratios ???

I'm building a turbo setup on a B18C. Motor was built by JG and they say it's good for 38 lbs of boost. My Turbo's good for about 28 lbs. My problem is I don't know which transmission to use. I have a 2000 Civic SI tranny in my garage but I don't know if thats the best one for the job. Could someone please tell me the differance between the LS/GSR/SI/TypeR transmissions. I know the TypeR has a low ratio because that's what I used b4 I went turbo.

(What the car will be used for)
-It's a 93 Civic CX Hatch
-The car will be driven rarely
-I used to Drag but I would like to start AutoX

ps.. I have a Honda LSD to put in whatever trans I decide to use.. Is this good or should I upgrade? Any comments would be helpful. :unsure:

not exactly.

a b16 sir1/2 lsd will only fit in a b16 or ls tranny

a gsr sir-g lsd, ctr or itr lsd will only fit in gsr/itr/ctr trannies.
