turbo kit

planning to turbocharge my integra gsr, i was looking to build a decent street/weekend autox car. anyway i was wondering what the best turbo kit out there for the money is in terms of overall power reliability ect ect, the most boost i plan to see on this thing is 15 lbs if ever even that and perhaps lower compression ratio from a 10 : 1 down to 9 : 1 if im not accurate about something dont flame me i AM new to this im just looking for some opinions and experiences , and tips thanx
