Does the turbo drain line outlet have to face down, cuase the way my turbo is setup it will face the block, but i can still make it to where my feed line will be sloped down all the way to the oil pan, is that ok, cuase i really do not wanna clock the turbo, thats not a option

First of all, YES, the oil drain has to point down or at no more than a 45 degree angle. Clocking it IS an option. it is very simple and wont take long at all.

here is a pic, its not on the engine yet, but u can see how its gonna sit, i circled the outlet in red

ok i did some reading and found out im gonna have to clock the center section, how do i do this without aking it all apart, anyone have a website that shows pics of which bolts to losen

you'll have to loosen both sides... the compressor and the turbine... just loosen them. youd on't need to take them off/out.

then, spin the center to where you want it, and tighten it down.

you MUST aim the return line straight down.
once it hits the turbo, there is next to NO pressure left in the line. it needs the gravity to get back into the pan ASAP, or you're going to have binding issues, and backed up oil... which will lead to blow seals on the turbo.
